St. Augustine Port Finished Bourbon

We take our finest Florida bourbon and finish it in Port Wine Barrels from our neighbors at San Sebastian Winery. The result is spectacular: A beautiful full-bodied bourbon with a long, fruit-forward finish.
COLOR: Deep, garnet red.
NOSE: Ripe plum and cherries, salted caramel, fig newton, fruit leather, cast iron skillet cornbread, unripe honeydew melon.
TASTE: Sweet entry, full, creamy coating, honeysuckle, black pepper, dark cherry and raisins. Caramel, vanilla, and coconut.
This bourbon is best enjoyed neat. Also makes a great Manhattan or Vieux Carre.
We participate in a barrel exchange program with the neighboring San Sebastian Winery, where we send them our used bourbon barrels in which they age their Port. When the Port is bottled, they send those barrels to us, and we add our mature Florida Straight Bourbon, and let it finish in those barrels for 3-6 months. We then send those barrels back to San Sebastian for the process to start again. We bottle this spirit at 102 (51% ABV). This proof best showcases and preserves the tremendous fruit that is evident in this unique bourbon.
An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
