Barrel exit proof: 103.9
Percent evaporation: 29.2%
Bottle proof: 100 (50% ABV)
Mash Bill: 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% Apple and Cherry wood smoked malted barley.
Mash: Sweet
Ferment: 5-7days
Distilled: 500-gallon hybrid pot-reflux column still
Barrels: 53-gallon #4 char from Independent Stave Company
Aged in non-climate controlled metal rickhouse for over 4 years.
Non-chill filtered
An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
